Legal Requirements
Every Wedding in Australia requires the following:
Lodgement of The Notice of Intended Marriage at least one month before the wedding date with an authorised celebrant.
Once lodged it is valid for 18 months from date of successful lodgement.
We offer an in person service at our office or an online option to do this with our experienced inhouse celebrant

ID Requirements: If you have a Passport (Any Country is accepted) or if you don't have a passport your birth certificate in english and photo id usually drivers license is easiest.
If you have been married before: Certificate of Divorce or Annulment. If previous partner is deceased death certificate will needed to be provided before ceremony takes place.
Two witnesses over 18. You must provide or we can organise for you at an additional fee of $50 per person. (They do not need to know you or be Australian citizens)

Common Questions
Do you have to be an Australian Citizen or live in Australia to be married?
No you just need to over 18 , understand you will be getting married according the law of Australia and doing so of your own free will. You cannot be already married to each other or still be married to another person
Do you offer reception services after the ceremony?
No
Can we change our ceremony date & time?
Yes you can change your date & time subject to celebrants availability and the new date meets the required legal timeframes.
Can we book property for photos only?
